Connect Discord, and sign in with it

Your profile has Connect Discord: Discord asks you to let Elixir know who you are, and your Discord account is connected to your Elixir account. After that, Continue with Discord on the sign-in page signs you in, and your clan's Discord agent knows it is you without asking. New here? Continue with Discord creates your account from the email address Discord has verified. Elixir keeps only your Discord id and username; Disconnect on your profile removes them.

For agents: on_behalf_of: "discord:<user id>" now resolves through a person's connected Discord, and meta.asker says who an on_behalf_of named and how.
