Timeline corrections after 11.8.0

A window that starts partway through a sitting now shows the whole sitting, every battle of it, rather than just the battles after the window's start. Reading an item's evidence back works with only its original window, even for an item a poller learned late. An away's end date is in your time zone. Two notes are back: when one member's read cuts a standout sitting, it says the sitting will come back under the same id as it grows, and an observed read with late items says it selects by when the record observed them.
