Elixir Clan posts its Actions to your leaders' Discord

The leader or a co-leader can now connect a Discord webhook in Elixir Clan's Settings. Each open Action that leaders or elders can take is then posted to that channel as one short line, naming the member, with a link to the Action that draws no preview. When someone completes or declines it, the same message is edited to say so and by whom; when Clan withdraws it, the message says that. Actions already open when the webhook is connected are posted too, a member's own away prompt never is, and nothing pings anyone. Messages name members, removals included, so use a channel only your leaders can read. Until a webhook is connected, the Actions page suggests one to the leader and co-leaders. MCP 11.7.1 and JSON API 3.1.0 unchanged.
