Missing capture stays unknown

Days played keeps captured battles visible and only calls a day quiet when complete observation intervals cover it. Missing, partial and stale coverage no longer becomes a break from play. Clan waits for your membership record instead of telling you to join a clan when observations are missing; an observed absence is dated. Existing verification, roles and actions stay the same. MCP 11.2.3 and JSON API 3.0.0 unchanged.
