Ladder: the cards you played and faced

Ladder has a Cards page, at /ladder/cards: one mode's season card by card, with the same mode tabs as the season home. Your cards show the battles where your deck held each one, your record in them and the share you won; across the table, each card your opponents played, how often you faced it and your record against it. An evolution or a hero keeps its own row, and every card name opens the card's public page. Under them, how many different opponents you met this season and the ones you met again. No change to the tools.
