Elixir Clan's Standing, redrawn

Standing in Elixir Clan has the new design. How it works here now opens with what Elder weighs in your clan, drawn as bars from the policy, and your own line sits under it with your war decks race by race. Where the clan shares it, each group has its own panel with what it means, every member's war decks per race beside their evidence, and the longest groups open at their first few with the rest a click away; your own row always shows. Nobody sees a score or a rank, and who sees what has not changed. No change to the tools.
