Clan is part of Elixir

Your Elixir sign-in now opens your record and clan tools in one application. Clan policies, actions, awards, preferences and private records were transferred and checked in full. The separate Clan sign-in and service key are retired; Drop keeps Elixir authentication and authorized account access. Contracts unchanged.
