One bar across Elixir: Console, Ladder, Clan, Docs, and Play Drop

The bar at the top of every Elixir page is new. The logo takes you home; Console, Ladder and Clan sit on the left, and the one you are in is green; Docs and a Play Drop button, which opens the elixir-cost game in a new window, sit on the right. At the end is your account: signed in, your initials and your player's name, opening a menu with your players, Account settings, Emails from Elixir, Feedback and Sign out, which used to sit at the foot of the console's left rail. Signed out, and on every page of the site, it says Sign in, and if you are already signed in that takes you straight to your console. The site's own pages, Home, Data, Examples, Updates and Support, are now a row under the bar and a footer at the end of each page. On a phone the bar folds into one button naming where you are. No change to the tools.
