Draft in our voice says more of the member, never less
In Elixir Clan, Draft in our voice now starts from Elixir's own words for the Action and goes further: it says at least what the card would send, then two to four facts that belong to the member, each said for what it means. A draft that says less of the record than Elixir's words is marked for you to check.
In clan chat a draft can run to more than one line, each its own send: up to three for a promotion and two for a welcome, a demotion or a farewell. The card shows a field and a copy button for each line, and a welcome records every line you sent. A welcome or a farewell takes a short note on what to stress beside its tone; the words after a removal take only a tone.
A demotion's draft thanks the member for what they did before, from their time in the clan and the awards they hold, and never says or hints why. A heading that ends its own sentence no longer gets a second colon in chat.
