A clearer timeline on phones, and sharing starts fresh

Closing Manage sharing discards an unfinished webhook URL and clears its messages and errors. Opening it again shows the saved sharing state. Saving or turning sharing off still requires its own button.

On phones, event text uses the row’s full width, with evidence controls underneath.
