The collector email covers Saturday to Saturday

Sunday's collector activity email now covers Saturday 00:00 UTC to the next Saturday 00:00 UTC, the week that closed the night before it arrives (Friday evening in US time zones), instead of Sunday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. It still comes on Sunday at 14:00 UTC, and its dates name the days it holds, Saturday to Friday. The first one, on October 18, covers October 10 to 16, so its first 38 hours (Saturday October 10 to Sunday October 11, 14:00 UTC) were also counted in the October 11 email; that happens once. Email now also says plainly what was already true: scheduled email comes at most once a day for each kind and subject, while milestones and answers to your feedback come when they happen. No change to the tools.
