Elixir Clan suggests removals again, from the battle log

Inactivity is the days since a member's last recorded battle, and a member past the policy's removal day becomes a Remove from the clan Action for the leader and co-leaders again. Removal action at is now the day itself: with at risk at 7 and the removal action at 10, the Action comes on day 10, not day 17. A member who reaches at risk is asked whether they are away, when the policy asks quiet members. The Not yet enforceable label from this morning is gone. MCP and JSON API unchanged.
