Elixir Clan confirms a leader's role before a change

A leader or co-leader kicked or demoted in the game no longer keeps their powers in Elixir Clan until the clan's next roster read. Before the leader or a co-leader changes anything, Clan checks that the roster was read from the game within the hour; if not, Elixir reads it now and Clan says "Confirming your role in the game; try again in a minute", with a Try again button. Pages, your own away notice, the policy preview and Scout never wait. MCP and JSON API unchanged.
