A removal says what it rests on and what it cannot see

A Remove from the clan Action now has a Rests on row: the member's last recorded battle with its time and mode (or that none is recorded), when they joined, and what the battle count on their profile did across Elixir's reads. Under it, every removal says that modes the battle log does not carry are not seen, so the leader weighs it. The clan's Discord and the morning email are unchanged. Actions says it. MCP 11.11.2 and JSON API 3.2.0 unchanged.
