A sitting posted to Discord while still going now closes

When your timeline is cross-posted to Discord, a sitting posted while it was still being played used to stay "still going" if nothing else happened afterward. Elixir now notices when such a sitting has gone quiet and edits the line to its final count, within about 45 minutes of the last battle. MCP and JSON API unchanged.
