The history chart counts retained battles

The public history chart now says what it counts: battles still in Elixir, grouped by when they were played. It separates the displayed window from the full retained total and shows when its published snapshot was fetched. Removed records are excluded; protected personal and clan history remains, so old bars can still be present. Contracts remain MCP 11.2.3 and JSON API 3.0.0.
