Clan participation reads less history

Weekly participation can read ordinary battles from the existing covering index and inspect participant sides only when checking boat defenses. Awards, Standing and The week keep the same recorded battle and ranked counts, with fewer broad database reads. MCP 11.2.1; JSON API 3.0.0 unchanged.
