Award places include the donation tiebreak

Award races now display the place after season donations break equal-point ties. A shared-place marker appears only when both values tie, including a tie at the last displayed row. Viewing an older season keeps the current update button clearly labeled with its target season. Award decisions and saved grants stay unchanged. MCP 11.2.0; JSON API 3.0.0 unchanged.
