Season awards keep their evidence and every winner

Clan holds awards when required evidence is unknown, keeps final podiums from saved grants, and resumes interrupted awards without changing the winners. Manual picks require a closed season and a reason, with the saved rule and previous holder in view. Complete numbered announcement messages include later manual choices and preserve every recipient during model drafting. Contracts unchanged.
