One Action for an award update

Awards is now under Clan for every member, with one season selected at a time. Leaders can prepare a current standings update; every message stays together in one Action with its own explicit sent receipt. Weekly updates use only the latest timely close, and Actions opens the saved suggestions with a separate refresh. Welcome copy uses recorded facts when available. Contracts unchanged.
