Signed in to Elixir, signed in to Clan

Clan on the bar used to stop at its own Sign in with Elixir button even when you were signed in to the Console. Now Clan sees you are signed in to Elixir and signs you in itself, and a Clan link you opened while signed out, such as an email's link to Actions, is where you land. Elixir still asks the first time, and again after you sign out of Clan or revoke it under Connections. Signing out of Clan leaves you signed out until you come back. No change to the tools.
