War facts are weekly totals

Elixir no longer splits a member's war week by day. The API does not say which day a deck was played, and each race rolls its day at its own moment, which cannot be placed reliably across every clan Elixir records. Clan participation, war history and the current race now serve the game's weekly counters: decks used, points, boat attacks and repair points. Per-day attendance, training-day totals and the scoring-deck count after a finish are gone; the current day's deck count in the current race stays. Contracts 9.0.0 and 9.0.1; JSON API 2.0.0.
