Training days are recorded

Elixir now records the practice decks members play on a war week's training days. On a training day, the current race shows who has practiced and how many decks; war history totals each member's practice for the week. Practice earns no points and never counts as war attendance. Earlier weeks are rebuilt from members' recorded battles on training days. Contract 7.1.14-7.1.15.
