The game calendar keeps its caveats

The Elixir Gym's third run over the game tools. Asking the game clock about a date keeps every caveat it gives for an exact time, including when river races close. The events calendar names a season change inside any window you ask about, even one ahead of today, and refuses a window whose start is after its end. Contract 7.1.1.
