Incomplete leaderboards re-read; every answer carries notes

When the game serves an incomplete Path of Legends board just after the daily reset, Elixir now reads it again half an hour later and keeps the complete one. Every tool answer now carries its notes and a documentation pointer, a card's profile counts players per form (base, Evo, Hero), a closed season keeps picking up its last battles for three more days, and the timeline explains why clan standings count more battles over the same window.
