Elixir 8.0: repeat players, and season numbers everywhere

The version before open beta carries two changes that could break a strict client. Asking for decks played by at least two players now counts only players who played the deck more than once, so one player's long run can't be passed off as a popular deck. And the leaderboard tools give the season as a number, like every other tool. Contract 8.0.0.
