Connecting an app asks what it may do

When you connect an app or agent to Elixir, the sign-in page now asks which extra things it may do, in plain words: track players for you, edit your collections, remember who is talking to it, send feedback. Your own connections start with only reading allowed; your agents start with everything but tracking, which uses your tracking slots. If you untick something an agent would normally have, Elixir checks with you first and tells you what will not work. Contract 7.2.1.
