Counting the players Elixir records

Elixir sees hundreds of thousands of players, most of them only as someone's opponent. The home and data pages now lead with the players and clans Elixir actually records, with the ones only observed as a secondary line, and badge counts for a clan leave out anyone not recorded. A clan's daily member averages now count a member who was not polled that day with their latest profile, instead of dropping them. Contract 6.36.7.
