Contract 6.36.4

A clan segment on the badge tools counts the clan's current members with a profile read, as before 6.36.3. The recorded-now filter 6.36.3 added also dropped a current, covered member, and it is held for a decision. The coverage note stays: it says how many of the members are counted and that the rest are unknown.
