Card tools: honest trophy bands, and naming the Evo you mean

The Elixir Gym's first run over the card tools. The most useful fix: naming an eight-card deck with cards_archetype works now, where it used to time out every time. The one that changes answers: the trophy bands were quietly counting Path of Legends players, whose rating (around 2,300 to 3,000) was read as trophies, so the lowest band was mostly the top thousand players in the game. Ranked battles now sit in no band, and the bands mean what they say. Also: 'Evo Royal Hogs bridge spam' now means the Evo decks, not both forms. A clan member's Witch count no longer includes war duels. And a card's history says when the mix of game modes shifted under it, since the record went from mostly ladder to mostly ranked this summer.
