Badge rarity pages say when they are cut

The Elixir Gym's fourth run over the badge tools. A shortened list of the rarest badges now says how many badges it left out, and a badge that has an old and a new identifier still gives its true number of holders when only one of the two is on the page. Contract 6.36.8.
