Profile: Email and Devices are their own pages

Profile is who you are and what your tier gives you; the six email switches and the list of what was sent to you now live at Profile → Email, and your signed-in sessions at Profile → Devices. The 'send me this now' button beside each switch is gone - it never made sense to a reader. Turning a kind off and on is where it was, one page over.
