4.0.0: one name for everything

The five releases since the record redesign each put a new name beside an old one so nothing broke mid-week; this release keeps the new name and retires the old, in one deploy, with every first-party client updated the same evening. A series point has day; a battle's arena is an id and a name; the lifetime block is one shape on every tool that carries it; a standing's net_trophies is spelled the way the performance tool spells it; the Path of Legends league is league_number everywhere; a week is partial, never complete; coverage's ratio is a number; the event calendar is on game days; and the six population tools ask you to name the population.
