Every recorded war battle now counts toward its war day
A war battle's week and day used to be stamped onto the record at ingest, and only when the clan's next race poll happened to follow the battle inside a fortnight, so three quarters of the war battles the record held carried no day at all and were invisible to attendance in war_current, war_days in war_history and the per-day columns of clans_participation; a March-to-July import had brought its own labels, and 3,230 of those contradicted the battle's own time. The war calendar is now rows in the record, one per policy day of every season on the 10:00 UTC grid every clan shares, and a war battle is filed by where its time falls on it for the clan the player was in. Nothing is stamped, nothing depends on which poll came first, and history recorded long after the fact counts the same as history recorded live. No tool changes shape; the numbers those fields carry are corrected.
