Arena moves reach the timeline within the hour, and a moment is written once

A clan member reached Royal Crypt at 06:52Z on 2026-09-15 and the clan's timeline said so at 14:27Z, when the eight-hour profile poll came round; the battle log, read many times in between, had carried the new arena on every entry. A battle's arena is the higher side's, so a player just under a gate sees the next arena on their own log whenever they meet someone standing on it - the log cannot be the fact, but it can be the trigger. When a Trophy Road battle the player entered with at least their opponent's trophies names an arena the latest snapshot does not carry, the profile is polled at the next planning tick, roster gate or not, and the profile remains the authority. Separately, every profile-derived moment was diffed against the previous DAY's snapshot while the day's row was rewritten on each poll, so a later poll the same day re-emitted it (a promotion to Master 2 appeared at 07:22Z and again at 16:22Z on 2026-09-14). Moments now diff against the latest observation and are written once; the Monday donation reset likewise.
