The leaderboards are recorded

The CR API shows a ranking as it is this minute and forgets it. Elixir now keeps it: the global Path of Legends board every hour, and every one of the 262 locations the API lists once a day — a snapshot per fetch that changed, a row per placed player with rank, rating, name and clan. Two new tools read it back: rankings_players for a board as of now or any earlier instant (who was #1 on the 3rd), paged because a board can run to a thousand places; rankings_clans for which clans have the most rated players, counted over everyone above the rating floor rather than a top-100 slice. And a top-200 appearance on the global board now records the player — every battle, with the rank and rating each one carried — until the next season roll plus three days, so the season's story of its eventual #1 is captured from the first hours.
