The fleet page shows seconds and versions

Last fetch on Status > Collectors now reads to the second (3m 12s ago, not 3m ago) - five rows all saying 3m ago is how a fleet fetching in lockstep went unnoticed. A VERSION column shows the client each collector last submitted with, so a machine that has not picked up a named release stands out without opening its page.
