Clan rosters follow the clan's day
Every clan was read every 15 minutes around the clock — a heartbeat inherited from the single-clan bot, applied to 288 clans, 258 of them polled only because a top-ranked player happens to be a member. It was 31% of everything the recorder had ever fetched, for rosters whose membership changes zero to three times a day. Now the roster's own lastSeen stamps set the pace: a clan you track is read every 15 minutes while three or more members are in the game, hourly once nobody has been for an hour (unless people are joining and leaving), and every four hours once nobody has been seen for a day. A clan read only because a recorded player is in it is read a few times a day on the same signal; that player's profile polls carry their clan tag, so their membership history is never lost, only coarser. live: true on clans_roster still reads the game this minute.
