War scores separate the day, and one call closes a week

Three reports from the agents using the record are fixed in contract 1.2.0. war_current now keeps period_points, the score a clan has earned in the current war day, beside fame, the cumulative boat score banked when a day closes — so day-one fame can honestly be zero while members already have points. war_history can take season_id and section_index together and return every recorded participant for that exact week, including which numbered war days each member fought; one closed-week roster no longer takes a call per member. elixir_coverage now names unmeasured_tail_hours instead of leaving the stale tail as prose, and a player somebody tracks directly gets a profile at least every eight hours even when dormant. The existing clan-wide yield schedule remains for members nobody follows directly.
