Feedback reads as a list, and the console knows who you are

The Feedback page is a table now, like Notifications: one line per note with its first line, state and whether the maintainer has replied, and the whole note one click away. A note and its reply render as the Markdown they were written in, so paragraphs and lists come through. The rail's identity block shows the address you signed in with and leads to a new Profile page: your email, your tier, how you sign in, and the timezone control, which moved there from Settings & tier.
