Same rules at every door

The explorer on the website now follows the same discipline as the MCP connection: the hourly rate limit and daily call budget are the same buckets, oversized results come back as the same bounded failure, and it serves read-only tools (nicknames excepted, which are the console's own feature). Every tool, on both doors, now checks its arguments against its published schema before running, so a misspelled argument or an out-of-range value is a clear refusal instead of a silent ignore. The usage page shows your tier's real ceilings rather than the member tier's. Malformed ids in console requests answer 400 rather than a server error. And the API origins now accept only requests that came through the site's CloudFront distribution, so the caller address recorded on every call cannot be forged.
