Knowing whether an agent is working

An agent's page now revokes its key, reports when it was last active across every key it has held, and says outright when the current key has never been used - the signature of a runtime still presenting the previous one, which produces no errors because a refused call never reaches the log. Your usage now counts what your daily limit counts: calls your agents made on your budget are included in the daily total and broken out separately, instead of being invisible until you were throttled.
