Connecting a client survives a double tap

Submitting the authorization form twice - which phones do on their own after filling a one-time code - no longer replaces a successful connection with an error page. A repeat within two minutes repeats the same answer and returns you to your client, with every check on the request applied again and each authorization code still usable only once.
