Agents share their owner's live lane, and are counted

An agent's live Clash Royale fetches now come out of its owner's daily live budget, the same way its tool calls already did; until now each agent quietly carried a fresh live allowance its owner never had, so several agents on one account multiplied the one shared API budget. Each tier also has an agent count now (member 3, leader 5, family 10, partner 25, admin and owner unlimited), enforced when an agent is created and shown on the Roles page. Separately, a refused OAuth token at the MCP door answered with a server error instead of the 401 challenge a client needs to re-authorize; it answers 401 now.
