A clan agent's tools default to its clan

An agent connection omitting clan_tag now resolves to the clan the agent acts for, as its opening instructions have always promised. Clan defaults were previously derived from claimed players, which an agent does not have, so clan tools answered that the connection had no recorded clan membership while the same connection reported the clan by name. Agents with several clans default to their primary. Personal connections, explicit tags and leadership-scoped analytics are unchanged.
