Collectors go zero-trust

The collector fleet was rebuilt overnight around a simple rule: operators cannot be assumed safe. Collectors are now pure API clients - a bearer token we issue, three HTTPS routes, no AWS credentials of any kind - and the server computes what to fetch, stamps identity on every result, caps outstanding work, and quarantines a collector that takes jobs without returning them. Enrollment is just a name now (no IP collected), provisioning is a one-time download, and self-updates only install the exact binary hash the server names. Our two home collectors already run the new model - one in Go, one in Python, deliberately different so no single bad release can silence the fleet.
