Open data and Collections

Two big ones. All recorded game data is now readable by every account - the same access the game's own public API gives anyone (we add history, not exposure); account data stays private. And Collections arrive: curated groupings of players or clans - starting with a pros list - browsable by everyone, curated by the maintainer for now.
