Leaderboards know when they really moved

The Elixir Gym's third run over the ranking tools. A leaderboard now counts as moving only when someone's rating changed or a newcomer climbed in, not when a player dropped off the bottom, so a finished event no longer reads as live. Asking about a season that has not started yet now says so plainly. Contract 6.36.12.
